The new PrepPur is a portable, self contained, multi-station vacuum catheter purging system. The built-in vacuum pump is capable of more than 29.5 in. Hg (-14.5 psi) of vacuum. With control of Vacuum time, Vent time, and number of Cycles, the benefits are:

 

  • Automatic - cycling operates unattended
  • Faster - multiple catheters simultaneously
  • Repeatable - improves testing repeatability
  • Safe - may reduce repetitive motion injuries

Vacuum Purger

  The Crescent Design Vacuum Purger is a unique device that makes purging the Hydraulic Burst Leak Tester easy and improves test repeatability. The container is evacuated using the compact, line powered vacuum pump and then connected to the HBLT outlet. The constant vacuum applied to the HBLT outlet during a continuous purge cycle significantly improves the removal of air from inside the HBLT resulting in improved performance and test repeatability.
