VACUUM PURGER
The Crescent Design Vacuum Purger assists in purging the HBLT system of air prior to use for testing. The constant vacuum applied to the HBLT outlet significantly improves the removal of air during purging, resulting in increased performance and test repeatability.
KEYENCE OPTICAL MICROMETER
For those customers wanting to obtain accurate non-contact diameter measurements of their product under test, we recommend the Keyence Optical Micrometer. The Keyence LS7030 has a measurement range of 0.3 mm to 30 mm, accuracy of +/- 2 microns, and repeatability of 0.15 microns. The Keyence LS7070 has a measurement range of 0.5 mm to 65 mm, accuracy of +/- 3 microns, and repeatability of 0.2 microns.
SMART MANIFOLD
The Smart Manifold connects directly to the HBLT to allow for the unattended testing of 1 to 10 products simultaneously. It is the same size as an HBLT and has been designed to sit underneath the HBLT. The Smart Manifold has three basic modes; Parallel, Sequential, and Single Port. One Smart Manifold offers the capability of 10 HBLT’s.

WATER BATH
The Crescent Design water baths are compact units designed for use with the Keyence LS-7030 and LS7070 optical micrometers. The body of the baths is machined to very tight tolerances to reduce optical “wedge”. The windows are both ground and polished, BK-7, optical glass to minimize distortion. The baths are available with a standard lid or balloon holder lid to accommodate the fixturing of raw balloons and catheters.
COMPLIANCE TEST FIXTURE
The Compliance Test Fixture (CTF) connects directly to the serial port of the HBLT and allows for the automatic measurement of balloons or tubing while submerged in a water bath. A standard, low force, Mitutoyo Digimatic gauge is mounted on and adjustable stand that will accommodate water baths of various depths.
CARBOY WITH TUBULATOR, P/N 0029-046
The Carboy with Tubulator consists of a two gallon (7.5 liter) carboy and six feet (2m) of vinyl tubing with a quick disconnect fitting attached. This assembly is designed to be connected directly into the inlet fitting on the front panel of the HBLT and is used as a carrier for the distilled water that is necessary to run the system.
OUTLET PLUMBING KIT, P/N 0029-047
Includes: One (1) 10″ (255mm) length of 3/16″ NPT Stainless Steal tubing, with a 1/8″ NPT male pipe fitting on one end to screw into the HBLT outlet. The other end has a 1/8″ female NPT pipe fitting. This arrangement essentially moves the HBLTs outlet away from the face of the machine and can be easily bent by hand to fit specific locations for each customers needs. We can customize this kit to meet your specific requirements.
PRESSURE MANAGER SOFTWARE, P/N HBLT-PMAN
Pressure Manager is a Windows program that runs on WIN95, WIN98, WIN-NT, and WIN2000 platforms and allows the user of the HBLT to do the following:
- Run HBLT tests remotely while capturing and displaying data in real time on a screen strip chart.
- Create, edit or delete HBLT tests.
- Run custom pressure scripts while capturing and displaying data on the screen strip chart.
- Create, edit or delete scripts.
- Save results of tests or scripts for later analysis or importation into other programs (i.e. Excel).
