Vacuum Purger:

The Crescent Design Vacuum Purger is a unique device that makes purging the Hydraulic Burst Leak Tester easy and improves test repeatability. The container is evacuated using the compact, line powered vacuum pump and then connected to the HBLT outlet. The constant vacuum applied to the HBLT outlet during a continuous purge cycle significantly improves the removal of air from inside the HBLT resulting in improved performance and test repeatability. |
Keyence Optical Micrometer:

Take accurate diameter readings using Keyence’s 7030 Optical Micrometer and Pressure Manager. Resolves to .01 microns and can measure product while submerged in water bath. |
Smart Manifold:

New Water Bath:
 |
Crescent Design’s water bath is designed to fit the Keyence Optical Micrometer. The body of the unit is machined to very tight tolerances to reduce optical “wedge”. The windows are both ground and polished, BK-7, optical glass to minimize distortion. The Water Bath is also available with a digital temperature controlled water recirculator. |
Compliance Test Fixture:

Due to the increased demand from our customers, Crescent Design has designed a standard Compliance Test Fixture that can be purchased for use with the HBLT. The CDI Compliance Test Fixture connects directly to the serial port of the Hydraulic Burst/Leak Tester and allows the automatic measurement of balloons or tubing while submerged in a water bath. |
Carboy with Tubulator, P/N 0029-046:

The Carboy with Tubulator consists of a two gallon (7.5 liter) carboy and six feet (2m) of vinyl tubing with a quick disconnect fitting attached. This assembly is designed to be connected directly into the inlet fitting on the front panel of the HBLT and is used as a carrier for the distilled water that is necessary to run the system. |
Outlet Plumbing Kit, P/N 0029-047:

Includes: One (1) 10" (255mm) length of 3/16" NPT Stainless Steal tubing, with a 1/8" NPT male pipe fitting on one end to screw into the HBLT outlet. The other end has a 1/8" female NPT pipe fitting. This arrangement essentially moves the HBLTs outlet away from the face of the machine and can be easily bent by hand to fit specific locations for each customers needs. We can customize this kit to meet your specific requirements. |
